Do I need to register to use the apps?
No. Every Eagle Eye app can be used without registration. You only need an account to save your work between sessions or access paid features..
What happens if my subscription expires?
Your subscription automatically returns to the Basic tier. Your saved work and project history remain available, but Pro features become inaccessible until you renew.
Can I subscribe to individual apps rather than the full bundle?
Yes. Every app in Gear, every viewer in Prism, and every plugin in Axiom is available as an individual monthly subscription. Annual billing is available for bundles and the full platform only — not for individual apps.
Does Axiom include the AI API cost?
No. Axiom requires your own API key from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI. Your subscription covers access to the plugins and agents — the underlying AI compute is billed directly by your provider at their standard rates. Eagle Eye does not add a markup on AI usage.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is a single-user subscription with full access to all features in that product. Team provides multiple seats, shared project libraries, and firm-level access management. Contact us for a quote based on your team size and requirements
Is there a discount for universities or government departments?
Yes. Special rates are available for academic institutions, government engineering departments, and organizations in lower-income countries. Contact us with your organization name and use case and we will provide a custom arrangement
Can I upgrade from a product bundle to the full platform?
Yes, and you pay only the difference. If you are already subscribed to one or more products, upgrading to the platform subscription credits your existing subscription toward the platform price. Contact us to arrange the transition.
Does Bridge Express pricing work differently?
Yes. Bridge Express is a desktop application purchased directly through CSI America rather than as a monthly subscription through Eagle Eye. A 30-day full-access trial is available — email only, no credit card. Contact CSI America for purchase pricing and licensing options.
